材料 :

無鹽奶油60g 細砂糖80g 鹽1/8茶匙 雞蛋1個(淨重約55-60g) 低筋麵粉160g 紅麴粉5g
無糖可可粉5g 小蘇打粉1/2茶匙 香草精1茶匙 白醋1/2茶匙 原味優格135g
b.奶油甜醬
牛奶160g 低筋麵粉24g 無鹽奶油(室溫)170g 細砂糖100g 香草精1/2茶匙

60g unsalted butter
80g caster sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg (about 55-60g)
160g cake flour
5g red yeast rice flour
5g unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
135g yogurt
b. sweet sauce
160g Milk
24g cake flour
170g unsalted butter (room temperature)
100g caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
